Privacy Policy

The "CodeGarden" application does not transmit or collect any user personal information or usage data externally. Analysis is completed entirely within the PC, and analysis results (JSON) are only exported to a specified location when the user chooses to save. We do not perform automatic telemetry, crash report transmission, update checks, or any other background communication.

We do not collect or transmit personal information such as names, addresses, emails, device identifiers, location information, advertising IDs, or usage tracking information. We also do not perform background network communication.

Note: Due to Windows and Electron mechanisms, diagnostic and crash information may be collected by the OS. This follows each platform's policy and is not directly obtained or managed by the developer.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") establish the conditions for using the "CodeGarden" application. By using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The developer grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application on their devices. If obtained from Microsoft Store, the conditions of that store apply.

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Important changes will be announced through in-app display or distribution page. Using the application after changes constitutes agreement to the changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. For disputes related to this application, the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location (e.g., Tokyo District Court) shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of first instance.
