The "CodeGarden" application does not transmit or collect any user personal information or usage data externally. Analysis is completed entirely within the PC, and analysis results (JSON) are only exported to a specified location when the user chooses to save. We do not perform automatic telemetry, crash report transmission, update checks, or any other background communication.

1. Processing Performed by This Application

• Local Analysis: Analyzes selected JS/TS files within the PC (no external transmission).
• JSON Saving: Saving only occurs when explicitly chosen by the user (save location is user-specified).
• Setting Retention: Stores language and display settings locally (localStorage, etc.) (can be deleted if unnecessary).

2. Information Not Collected or Transmitted

We do not collect or transmit personal information such as names, addresses, emails, device identifiers, location information, advertising IDs, or usage tracking information. We also do not perform background network communication.

• Third-party Provision/Shared Use: We do not provide or share data with third parties.
• Server Storage: We do not store analysis data or settings on servers.
• Data Retention/Deletion: Saved JSON files and settings can be deleted by the user at any time.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") establish the conditions for using the "CodeGarden" application. By using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The developer grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application on their devices. If obtained from Microsoft Store, the conditions of that store apply.

• Copying, modifying, redistributing, reverse engineering, or decompiling all or part of this application (except as permitted by law)
• Actions that infringe on third-party rights or encourage such infringement
• Unauthorized access or actions that interfere with the operation or distribution of this application

3. Disclaimer

• This application does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of source code analysis results. Users are responsible for interpreting and using the results.
• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application. Even when liable under law, the maximum compensation amount is limited to the actual amount paid by the user for using this application (0 yen if free). We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

4. Fees and Refunds

Copyright and intellectual property rights related to this application and included documentation belong to the developer or rightful owners.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure they have lawful authority over the source code being analyzed.

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Important changes will be announced through in-app display or distribution page. Using the application after changes constitutes agreement to the changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. For disputes related to this application, the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location (e.g., Tokyo District Court) shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of first instance.
